Flour: 140g + 50g
Cocoa powder: 15g + 25g
½ tsp Baking powder
Sugar: 80g + 75g
Milk: 60g + 120g
30ml Veg oil
Three simple steps for making this cake is as follows
Step 1. Mix the ingredients
Put flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, milk, veg oil, and egg into a bowl alternately. Beat them until all the ingredients are mixed well. Try to beat the flour mixture with a smooth texture to have a perfect cake.
Step 2. Bake the chocolate cake
Pour the flour mixture into a baking tray in the basket. Place tissue paper in the baking tray before pouring flour. Start to bake the cake with an air fryer at 160oC for 20 minutes. The cake might fall apart as the cake is very moist and soft.
Step 3. Decorate the cake on the top
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, water, and milk into a pan to beat them to be free of lumps.
Put the pan in an oven and add butter to cook them until the mixture is melted.
Cover the top of the cake to finish the perfect chocolate cake.
Different air fryer brands will cook these at different speeds, hence the 8-10 minute cook time. These should not take longer than 10 minutes to cook.
